I Wouldn’t Do This. Would You? See China’s Giant ‘Sky Ladder’


China Daily stories that the Sky Ladder via ferrata, which supplies sky-high views of China’s Hunan Province from Qixing Mountain, is among the nation’s hottest new points of interest for adventurers. Undoubtedly, the views from the large ladder are spectacular, particularly because it’s 1,500 meters (5,000 toes) excessive, and in addition as a result of it’s inside the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area, a UNESCO heritage website celebrated for its pure magnificence.

The Sky Ladder or “Tianti” is 551 toes lengthy, according to China Daily, and it stretches between two cliffs at a peak of 5,000 toes. Company climb up metal cables with handrails and may clip to the railing for security. Though it’s apparently very fashionable, I don’t suppose I’d do that. Would you?
