In Rocky Mountain Nationwide Park, guests are apparently ignoring trail-closure indicators and going off path in delicate restoration areas. In Joshua Tree Nationwide Park, one camper reports he bought blended messages about whether or not his tenting reservation was cancelled or not, after which when he confirmed up anyway, the campsite was open to folks on a first-come-first-served foundation. This park particularly had a tricky time over the last shutdown.
